You can exchange garments of:

- Any size
- Any fit
- Any style
- Men's, women's, and kids' clothing
Absolutely. We accept garments of all sizes,
including plus-size clothing
No. Clothes from any brand are accepted.
Garments should be clean, wearable, and suitable for reuse. We encourage customers to exchange clothes that can bring comfort
and dignity to someone in need
We request customers to exchange garments that are in wearable condition. Severely damaged, torn, stained, or unusable garments may not qualify for vouchers
You will receive a ₹251 Big Hello voucher
for every eligible garment approved under the program.
