How to place an international order?
Add products to the cart and choose from the available payment options. Based on the shipping address entered during checkout, shipping charges will be calculated and shown on the screen.
Please note we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on international orders.
Can international orders be placed from Website as well as Mobile App?
International orders need to be placed from our website www.bighello.in. International orders cannot be placed from mobile app at the moment.
How will I know if my order was placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email. Please check spam folder in case you don’t see order confirmation email in your inbox.
Is there a minimum order value for international orders?
No. You can order what you like.
What international locations does BIGHELLO ship to?
Currently, we are shipping only to the UAE.

Are there shipping charges on International orders?
Yes, International orders incur shipping charges. The shipping charges will be auto calculated at the time of checkout based on location and weight of package.
What delivery methods do you use?
All international orders are sent through FedEx.
How do international duties and taxes work?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and will not be able to define the cost as it varies from country to country. However, no duty is applicable on the specified order value for the below list of countries.

What payment options are available on international order?We have Razorpay as a payment gateway that accepts payments via all international credit and debit cards. Please note, payment is collected in Indian rupees (INR) and daily exchange rates may apply.
What should I do if I have been charged for a failed order?
In case you’re not sure if your order was successful, please check your inbox. A successful order is confirmed via email, which may land in your spam or junk folder. If you did not receive an email for your order, you can contact us at happytohelp@bighello.in or call us at 1800 570 5566.
In case your order was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted, the amount will be reversed to your source account within 7-10 working days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders once shipped are typically delivered within 10-12 working days. Deliveries may be delayed due to factors like public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.
What if my order is undelivered?
If for any reason your order cannot be delivered, the total amount will be refunded to your source account. However, in case you are unavailable to accept the delivery or reject the order for any reason, shipping charges will not be refunded.
What if the order has a missing item? How to report it?

Is exchange or return allowed for international order?
At the moment, we do not offer exchange or return on international orders.
