Return Policy
Big Hello shall provide a 100% refund if for some reason you did not like the product. Your satisfaction is paramount. Returns are easy and should be within 15 days of delivery or purchase at our store. No questions asked.
Procedure –
- Initiate a return by providing us with your email address and the order ID. here
- We provide you the flexibility to return online or at our retail shops irrespective of where you purchased the product. i.e. returns for website purchase can be made through website or at our stores and vice versa.
- Kindly share the tags & the products in its original condition at the time of collection.
- Upon completion of the above, Big Hello shall initiate the verification process.
- While Big Hello believes in putting the customer's needs first, it might be possible that, under some circumstances, if the return criteria is not satisfactorily met then the return can be put on hold until further clarifications.
- Upon verification from the Big Hello team, the refund shall be initiated to the source account within 24 hours of approval.
- Timeline – The 15 days’ timeline shall be calculated from the delivery date of the product, and shall not be extended /re-calculated if the product has been subsequently replaced.
- You can cancel your purchase if the product is yet to be shipped.

- Please request a cancellation through our website.
- Once your request is received Big Hello team will initiate the refund and the payment will be credited to the original source within 24 hours of approval.
Refunds
Refunds are quick and easy on all returns & exchanges. Here are our guidelines:
- We will keep you posted on the status of your refund request once the item is returned to us.
- You will be refunded the full amount within 24 hours to your source account.
