Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Return Policy
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags, invoices, and original packaging intact
- Products purchased during BOGO offers, End of Season Sale (EOSS), promotional offers, or discounted schemes may not be eligible for return/refund. Only exchange may be permitted.
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes the quality inspection process.
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund amount will be credited only to the customer wallet. No cash refund will be initiated against returned COD orders.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Customers are required to raise the return request through the official customer support channel/email within the eligible return period.
- The company reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
Procedure to Return Product–
- Initiate a return by providing us with your email address and the order ID. here
- We provide you the flexibility to return online or at our retail shops irrespective of where you purchased the product. i.e. returns for website purchase can be made through website or at our stores and vice versa.
- Kindly share the tags & the products in its original condition at the time of collection.
- Upon completion of the above, Big Hello shall initiate the verification process.
- While Big Hello believes in putting the customer's needs first, it might be possible that, under some circumstances, if the return criteria is not satisfactorily met then the return can be put on hold until further clarifications.
- Upon verification from the Big Hello team, the refund shall be initiated to the source account within 24 hours of approval.
- Timeline – The 7 days’ timeline shall be calculated from the delivery date of the product, and shall not be extended /re-calculated if the product has been subsequently replaced.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your purchase if the product is yet to be shipped.
- Procedure –
- Please request a cancellation through our website.
- Once your request is received Big Hello team will initiate the refund and the payment will be credited to the original source within 24 hours of approval.
Refunds
Refunds are quick and easy on all returns & exchanges. Here are our guidelines:
- We will keep you posted on the status of your refund request once the item is returned to us.
- You will be refunded the full amount within 24 hours to your source account.
