Brand Face Contest Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

  1. The Big Hello - Brand Face Contest ("Contest") is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
  2. Participants must be residents of India.
  3. Employees of Big Hello - Plus Size Store and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  4. These terms governing the Contest, as may be amended from time to time by Big Hello.

Contest Period:

  1. The Contest begins on 29 Jan’2024 and ends on 30th June,2024.
  2. Entries submitted after the specified end date will not be considered.

How to Enter:

  1. Participants must follow Big Hello - on Instagram at bigehllo_
  2. Enter the contest by clicking a picture or video in Big Hello outfit showcasing your unique style and confidence and post it on your instagram tagging bighello_
  3. Only one entry per participant is allowed.

Selection of Winner:

  1. Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and most liked and viewed criteria.
  2. The judging panel will be consisting of representatives from Big Hello
  3. Winners will be announced on 2nd week of July via Big Hello official social media channels.
  4. The decision of the panel / judges shall be final and binding on all the participants.

Prizes:

  1. The selected Brand Face will have the opportunity to feature in Big Hello - Plus Size Store's marketing materials, including social media, website, and promotional campaigns.
  2. The winner will also be eligible to get the vouchers worth Rs 25,000/- redeemable at our store and at www.bighello.in  
  3. The gift voucher will be awarded every month of the value Rs. 2000/-
  4. Every participant to get voucher worth Rs. 500/- redeemable at www.bighello.in  





Rights and Responsibilities:

  1. By entering the Contest, participants grant Big Hello the right to use their submitted photo and related content for promotional purposes.
  2. The Brand Face agrees to participate in photo and video shoots as required by Big Hello - Plus Size Store.

Disqualification:

  1. Entries that do not comply with the specified guidelines will be disqualified.
  2. Big Hello reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions.

Privacy:


Personal information collected during the Contest will be used only for the purpose of administering the Contest and will not be shared with third parties.

General Conditions:

  1. Big Hello reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time.
  2. Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. No fee or charges in any manner are to be paid by a person to participate in this Contest.
  4. Duplicate Entries shall be disqualified from the Contest.
  5. The decision of the Contest Management is final and no correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
  6. The prizes are subject to the laws of India and deduction of taxes, levies and other statutory payments shall be as applicable and borne solely by the Winner and paid for by the Winner
  7. Big Hello reserves the right to change, alter or cancel this Contest in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/ notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Decision of Big Hello in this regard and in general with respect to this Contest and the Terms & Conditions thereto shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
  8. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore only.
  9. All Participants’ who enter the Contest by registering for it shall be deemed to have accorded their acceptance of the Terms.
  10. Gifts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash; no cash claims can be made in lieu of the gifts.
  11. Big Hello or any of its affiliates will not be liable for any loss of earnings, employment or otherwise caused to the Participant(s) arising as a result of participation of the Participant(s) in the Contest, if selected.
  12. The Participant consent that they are entering into the Contest out of their own will and the Contest Management is not in any way obligated or liable for any loss or costs that the Participant may suffer or incur and nothing is payable to the Participants for participating in the Contest or any event prior to or following the Contest.
